Since 2017 we have had a single field: intellectual property. Renewals, validations, national phases, trade marks, cost estimates: from building tools for them, we know the problems of IP firms as well as their own teams do.

Who does Arkyan work for?
Only intellectual property firms: patent and trade mark attorneys. Since 2017, 100% of our projects have been for IP firms, and eleven of them trust us with critical processes: annuities, European validations, PCT national phases, trade mark renewals and cost estimates.
What does Arkyan actually do?
Three crafts: software design (our ready-to-use services Renewr and Valit.io, custom software, ready-to-configure software), automation of the flows between your tools, the offices and your foreign associates, and the sovereign infrastructure your applications, data and AI models run on.
How does a custom software project unfold?
Design first, code second. Three to five workshops with the teams who do the work, one use case, clickable mockups approved in the session, then development in short visible stages. A few months later your tool exists, identical to the prototype you approved.
Do your applications connect to our IP management system?
Yes. Our applications integrate with IP management systems (IPMS) such as CleverIP, Equinox, Alissia or PatOrg, and we connect to other tools on request. Data exchanges are settled during the design workshops.
Where is our data hosted?
On European services only, ISO 27001 compliant: hosting, storage, backup and monitoring. No dependency on a provider subject to foreign law, and your AI models run on your own systems, with no third-party licence.
What are Renewr and Valit.io?
Two services designed by Arkyan for IP firms. Renewr (renewr.io) pays patent annuities and trade mark renewals with no hidden margin, no subscription and no volume commitment: 100+ client firms in 25 countries, 100,000+ annuities managed. Valit.io (valit.io) validates European patents on the same model.
How do you automate, and with which tools?
We audit the flow with your teams, map it, prototype it in a sandbox, then roll it out to the whole firm if the result convinces you. Technologies: n8n, Mistral, AI agents and open-source models. Automation proposes, your teams decide.
